  I dread pulling in the parking lot of this place. From the time you walk in, the whole vibe of the building is off. The woman who helped me was BEYOND rude and snobbish, as were some of the other employees. When someone asks a question, the employees try and make you feel dumb with their sarcastic remarks. To say this is one of the slowest/worst places up around here is an understatement. Once again, I'm very displeased with the service I received here, upon waiting forever for them to even call my number. If anyone has to go to the DMV, I'd recommend this one as the LAST RESORT. Go somewhere else, and it'll save you time and frustration.

  Very inefficient! The waiting process is sooo long, plus their computers are always down. The people that work there should be able to notify you once the computers are up and running, but clearly they don't have that info.

  These are the slowest, most unprofessional people I have ever come in contact with! It is sickening that your "average" wait time is 4+ hours!! They need to set a routine in place and stick to it! This is ridiculous! Slow and don't give a d@₩₩ about being slow either!! They either don't know how to do their jobs or they're getting paid to f♧€k with people's time! This facility is junk!! They change client's tickets after 3 hours of waiting and start their wait all over again! Implement a system where clients get the appropriate ticket the first time! Turn around, from entering to exiting, should never run over 2 hours...and that's still excessive! Poor business ethics!
